Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. 

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, please contact us immediately via telephone or email.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you have any problems with your product within 30 days of purchase date we will be happy to replace it with a new product of the same model. If you need a replacement unit, complete this form to request an RMA number. We will issue the RMA number and provide information on how to return your defective product.

If a return is necessary due to a defect, we offer the option of paying for your shipping charges to return the item. When you email us to request an RMA number, let us know if you would prefer that we pay the shipping. In these cases, we will mail you a return shipping label when the RMA number is issued. If you choose to return the package without using our label, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not reimburse shipping costs. Replacement products are always shipped to the customer via Ground delivery.

All returned items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date, and include all original components and accessories. We do not make exceptions to this policy. The returned package must be clearly marked with the RMA number. The RMA number is extremely important. Packages arriving without a RMA number can not be processed, and will be discarded.

We do not offer exchanges for credit toward different products.

Refund Policy

If you purchase a product from our web site and decide that you no longer want it, we can offer you a refund if the following criteria are met:

  • The product must be unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • The exterior of the package must be free from damage or markings of any kind.

  • We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If you return meets the above criteria, complete this form  to request an RMA number for a refund. We will issue an RMA number and provide you with information on how to return the product. The returned package must be clearly marked with this RMA number. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded.

We are not responsible for shipping charges of non-defective returned merchandise.

Upon our receipt of the product your credit card will credited the amount of the purchase minus the original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.

If your product is defective, we will be happy to replace it within 30 days. See our returns and exchanges policy for more information.

Order Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel an order that you recently placed, simply call 954-615-1500 or email us at with your order number and request that your order be cancelled. We can not cancel an order if it has already been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will have to return it for a refund. Our normal refund policy will apply.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped by 5:00 PM next business day of the order.

You will receive an email from us as soon as we begin processing your order. We will send another email when the order has shipped. A tracking number will be included in this second email, if one is available. Most domestic items are shipped via UPS. International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Global Express Mail, depending upon cost and reliability.

Our shipping rates can be viewed by adding an item to the shopping cart, selecting a shipping method and clicking "Update."

SEI only ships orders within the US, we offer several shipping options: Overnight, 2 day, 3 day, and ground. Ground shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days for delivery. When calculating your delivery date, be sure to only include business days (Monday through Friday). Packages typically do not move on weekends and carriers do not count weekends (or certain holidays) as days in transit. For example, an order placed Friday with overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.

If your item happens to be out of stock, we will email you immediately on estimated time of delivery.

Any problems with a shipment that you have received, such as missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 72 hours. If items are missing from your shipment, contact us immediately. Do not open the packaging for any product that you received and do not discard the shipping box or any packing materials. If we determine that we need to start an investigation with the shipping company, they will need all items to remain intact.

Payment Policies

We offer a wide variety of payment options. You can purchase your items with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card.

We take credit card fraud very seriously, and prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law. For the our own protection as well as the protection of our customers we implement several techniques to screen for credit card fraud.

Occasionally orders may be marked as questionable by our very strict fraud screening system. In many cases when this happens, we may request that the customer fax to us a copy their photo identification and of the credit card that they used to make the purchase. This proves to us that the purchaser has the card in their possession, and considerably reduces the chances that the transaction is fraudulent.

At this time SEI does not ship outside of the United States.



On July 16, 2018, Motorola Solutions announced new enhancements to the MOTOTRBO platform with new service packages that include access to software updates, premium software features, and extended hardware repair services. The 3 Essential Services Offerings area:

  1. Software Subscription Agreement
    The Software Subscription Agreement ensures that you have the latest and greatest features, system improvements, and – most importantly – security vulnerability patches.
  2. Premium Software Features Package
    The simple Premium Software Features Package includes some of Motorola Solutions’ most powerful and helpful features for both infrastructure and devices. This includes features like Man-Down, Enhanced Noise Cancellation, and Text-to-Speech, which were previously only sold a la carte. Now every MOTOTRBO radio is capable of being immediately customized to the needs of the user with this package.
  3. Hardware Repair Agreement
    The Hardware Repair Agreement extends the standard two-year warranty repair service for another three years, resulting in five years total of hardware repair on both devices and infrastructure.

Buying Motorola Solutions’ Essential Services package is the fastest and easiest way for you to have peace of mind that you are fully covered by a hardware and software perspective and that your software is up-to-date.

MOTOROLA INC. (“MOTOROLA”) warrants its MOTOROLA manufactured Communication Products (“Product”) against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of time from the date of purchase as scheduled below:

Rechargeable Batteries will be replaced during the applicable warranty period if:

  1. the battery capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity, or
  2. the battery develops leakage.

MOTOROLA, at its option, will at no charge either repair or replace this Product during the warranty period provided it is returned in accordance with the terms of this warranty to the place of purchase. Repair, at MOTOROLA’s option, may include the replacement of parts or boards with functionally equivalent reconditioned or new parts or boards. Replaced parts or boards are warranted for the balance of the original applicable warranty period. All replaced parts or Product shall become the property of MOTOROLA.

This express limited warranty is extended by MOTOROLA to the original end user purchaser or lessee only and is not assignable or transferable to any other party. This is the complete warranty for Product manufactured by MOTOROLA. MOTOROLA assumes no obligations or liability for additions or modifications to this warranty unless made in writing and signed by an officer of MOTOROLA. Unless made in a separate agreement between MOTOROLA and the original end user purchaser, MOTOROLA does not warrant the installation, maintenance or service of the product.

MOTOROLA cannot be responsible in any way for any ancillary equipment not furnished by MOTOROLA which is attached to or used in connection with Product, or for the operation of the Product with any ancillary equipment and all such equipment is expressly excluded from this warranty. Because each system which may use the Product is unique, MOTOROLA disclaims liability for range, coverage or operation of the system as a whole under this warranty.

What this warranty does not cover:

  1. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in other than its normal and customary manner.
  2. Defects or damage from misuse, accident, water, or neglect.
  3. Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, alteration, modification, or adjustment.
  4. Breakage or damage to antennas unless caused directly by defects in material workmanship.
  5. A Product subjected to unauthorized Product modifications disassembles, or repairs (including, without limitation, the addition to the Product of non‐MOTOROLA supplied equipment) which adversely affect the performance of the Product or interfere with MOTOROLA’s normal warranty inspection and testing of the Product to verify any warranty claim.
  6. The product which has had the serial number removed or made illegible.
  7. Rechargeable batteries if:
    1. any of the seals on the battery enclosure of cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.
    2. the damage or defect is caused by charging or using the battery in equipment or service other than the Product for which it is specified.
  8. Freight costs to the repair depot. Unapproved upgrades or modifications.
    1. A Product which, due to illegal or unauthorized alteration of the software/firmware in the Product, does not function in accordance with MOTOROLA’s published specifications or the FCC type acceptance labeling in effect for the Product at the time the Product was initially distributed from MOTOROLA.
