RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly manages a team of 7 -10 Direct Sales Reps.
  • Facilitates the team’s success by setting a direction, establishing goals, and conducting meetings to ensure the success and alignment of the team.
  • Conducts one-on-one coaching sessions and ride-alongs with all sales representatives.
  • Train and motivate individual sales representatives in a manner that will allow them to achieve their highest potential.
  • Works closely with all SEI Wireless departments to facilitate customer opportunities, sales, service, and rentals.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with outside vendors, ensure customer care, etc.
  • Will be part of and work closely with SEI Management. Provide timely communication and accurate forecasting, including early, mid-month, and final reporting and overall strategic direction of the team.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales plans.
  • Will interface with the Service, Production, and Inventory teams to provide support and effective interaction with the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five to ten years of successful sales experience, with five years of management (preferably sales management) experience.
  • Two years in Business to Business (B2B) Experience
  • A proven track record of building a team (hiring, training, developing).
  • Experience effectively attracting, developing, coaching, and motivating the sales staff.
  • Ability to adapt to various situations (market or interpersonal), demands, or organizational needs.
  • Must have interpersonal and work style flexibility to handle multiple priorities and remain stress tolerant.
  • Working knowledge of the use of applications like Quick Books, The Service Program, and a CRM
  • Five years of experience in two-way radios, wireless solutions, and video surveillance is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Drug screening and a background check are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record check.
